from 3ds/from 3ds CDN dumps should be migrated to the 3DS CDN dat
- sources' "digital serial 1" should be the title id, taken from the CDN URL if the dump origin is the DSi CDN and taken from the NAND/SD path if the dump origin is the console
- if a dump is not from the CDN, but the original filename was put in the dat (rather than just renaming it to match other dumps), add this to the comment2 field:
!non-cdn-but-genuine-native-filename
