Cart ID should be added on its own line in Comment+ like Cart ID: XXXXXXXX
Many, if not all the unlicensed carts (flashcards, cheat cards etc) may be badly dumped, due to using nonstandard hardware/protocols
It seems like there was only one version of dsbf_dump released. It was released on 2007-01-24.
