Nintendo - Nintendo 3DS dat notes

• Cart ID should be added on its own line in Comment+ like Cart ID: XXXXXXXX
• Box serials should be written with the XXX X XXXX serial first, and the other nintendo serial second, although some already in the dat may need to be updated to this order
• In Comment2, put [Box long-serial data matrix matches written serial] if it does or [Box long-serial data matrix doesn't match written serial] if it doesn't. In the latter case, say in Comment2 how it differs.
• When adding encrypted/decrypted versions of ROMs derived from the ROM outputted by the dumping tool, use the latest stable version of NDecrypt and note it in the derived (not original) ROM file note field like so: [Encrypted with NDecrypt vX.X.X]
